Broadlands is the home of the Earl and Countess Mountbatten of Burma and their family. It has been their home since 1979.

Since 1979 the house has evolved as the family has changed and grown. There is much to see and learn about as well as the life of Lord Mountbatten and, as such, the house is not a museum, but a living, modern home.
